Pastor Phil & Donna Skoog 

Pastor Phil married his lovely wife in April of 1973. They are happily married with four children, two new daughters and two new sons through marriage and six adorable grandchildren.

On December 22, 1999, God called Pastor Phil and Donna to begin the foundation of a new ministry. Pastor Phil immediately asked the Lord, "What would you have me call it?" Exodus 33:21 & 22 immediately came to mind, which was then confirmed by a wonderful mentor and prayer partner of Pastor Phil's. Pastor Phil & Donna have since dedicated themselves to providing a place of safety, a place where the presence of God is and a place where our feet are planted on the solid rock, Christ Jesus.
